¹¹ where there is neither ^(A)Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, ^(B)but Christ is all and in all.

¹⁹ Or ^(A)do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, ^(B)and you are not your own? ²⁰ For ^(C)you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body ^[a]and in your spirit, which are God’s.

⁹ “And you shall take the anointing oil, and ^(A)anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it; and you shall hallow it and all its utensils, and it shall be holy. ¹⁰ You shall ^(B)anoint the altar of the burnt offering and all its utensils, and consecrate the altar. ^(C)The altar shall be most holy. ¹¹ And you shall anoint the laver and its base, and consecrate it.

^12 (D)“Then you shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the tabernacle of meeting and wash them with water. ¹³ You shall put the holy ^(E)garments on Aaron, ^(F)and anoint him and consecrate him, that he may minister to Me as priest.

²¹ Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and ^(A)has anointed us is God, ²² who ^(B)also has sealed us and ^(C)given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.

¹¹ And such were ^(A)some of you. ^(B)But you were washed, but you were ^[a]sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

¹⁶ Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in ^(A)this place, and I did not know it.” ¹⁷ And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!”

¹⁸ Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put at his head, ^(B)set it up as a pillar, ^(C)and poured oil on top of it. ¹⁹ And he called the name of ^(D)that place ^[a]Bethel; but the name of that city had been Luz previously.

¹² Abram dwelt in the land of Canaan, and Lot ^(A)dwelt in the cities of the plain and ^(B)pitched his tent even as far as Sodom.

¹² They also took Lot, Abram’s ^(A)brother’s son ^(B)who dwelt in Sodom, and his goods, and departed.

Sodom’s Depravity

19 Now ^(A)the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, and ^(B)Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground.
